Cynthia Gee is a Partner within the Global Business Services consulting practice within IBM. She is the global leader for the Learning Services business responsible for the life-cycle of IBM solutions – strategy, design, development, sales, marketing and support. In her prior role, Cynthia led a business development team that developed first of a kind learning and education business ventures in the Asia Pacific Market. Prior to IBM, Cynthia worked for Coca Cola and the US Department of State. She was awarded a United States Patent in 2011 for developing a cloud-based learner support application and business process that leverages data from multiple learning systems and user-generated inputs to enable tailored support for distance learners. The application currently supports more than 200,000 United States Army soldiers and civilians engaged in distance learning. Cynthia holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering and M.S. in Operations Research from The George Washington University.

Michael Gretczko is a Principal in Deloitte's US Human Capital Consulting practice. He focuses on helping clients with large, complex Global Business HR Transformation initiatives using outsourcing, SaaS/ERP/Self-Service Technologies, shared services and process reengineering. Michael also works with organizations to optimize the value they are able to leverage from their special workforce segments such as globally mobile employees and the contingent workforce. He works across industries and has worked on some of the largest and most complex public and private sector HR Transformation initiatives. Michael has experience working with Clients on a wide array of HR Technologies and has been a part of the leadership team on several end to end lifecycle initiatives. Michael graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations

Jennifer Engelhardt is a Partner at IBM, where she serves as the North American Leader for the Transformation Center of Excellence. She has over 17 years of experience as a leader in business transformation and workforce enablement, implementing innovative change and learning technologies such as Design Thinking, Serious Games, and User Adoption Dashboards to accelerate user adoption and competency building. Jennifer has worked across multiple industries including life sciences, consumer packaged goods, retail, and travel and transportation. She enjoys working with executives to define overall program strategy and implementing workforce enablement programs to maximize returns on ERP investments.
