Beth Thiebault is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Minneapolis office, serves as our Chief Inclusion Leader, and also leads Deloitte’s Global SAP / SuccessFactors practice. With over 27 years of combined industry and consulting experience, Beth specializes in large Human Resource transformation areas of the business and corporate functions and their enabling technologies. She assists clients in building and sustaining competitive advantage through the efficient and effective deployment of human capital by aligning the human resources strategy, organization, structure, processes, programs, and technology into an overall HR Service Delivery Model.

Deb Stambaugh is Vice President, Human Resources at SAP. Deb has crafted a non-linear career that has run the gamut from B2B marketing to now a leadership position in SAP HR. She has had experience in Leadership and related pillars of workforce dynamics like employee engagement, and reputation building by focusing on alignment to purpose and meaning. Deb has a passion and belief in the responsibility of social impact of large organizations and doing well by doing good. Deb completed an externship with the (RED) organization and is currently leading efforts around culture building to enable strategy inside of SAP.
