Sudeep Gautam joined HP as VP & GM - Global Enterprise Mobility Services, Advisory and Transformation. He drives the thought leadership and customer engagement to help clients along their transformation journey from traditional workplace to a mobile computing environment. He joined HP from Infosys, where he was most recently the Vice President and Worldwide Head responsible for the Enterprise Mobility practice, including P&L. Under his leadership, the practice delivered over 350 transformational apps across 280 engagements with approximately 35M users worldwide, ranked highest in Strategy in the Forrester Wave report and ranked highest in Execution in the HfS study (Winners circle). Prior to Infosys, Sudeep spent 14 years with Cognizant and was an initial members of their North American Management team. He holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University, MBA from the University of Texas, and graduated from the Wharton School Executive Management Program.
Dennison DeGregor is the Worldwide Group Executive for CX Services at HP. He is responsible for next generation CX initiatives that change the way consumers access the brand, enabling the enterprise to drive business outcomes to new levels. Prior to HP, Dennis was the Chief Customer Officer at Bank of America, SVP and Chief CX Officer at Allstate, SVP and Chief CX Officer at Merrill Lynch and VP and Chief CX Officer at Qwest Communications. In his current role, he is responsible for CX strategy and operations that integrate people, process, Big Data, analytics, social, IofMe and digital customer care and marketing capabilities that drive the consumer-facing strategic transformation agenda. Dennis is the author of the breakthrough book, The Customer-Transparent Enterprise, which describes the new operating model required to engage and delight the 21st century social, mobile and digitally-connected consumer.
Drew Hofler is Sr. Director, Solutions Marketing, Ariba Network and Financial Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for Ariba’s Network and Financial suite of solutions including AribaPay, the groundbreaking new B2B Payment solution from SAP and Ariba. Drew brings almost 20 years of financial services, operations and software industry experience to SAP. Prior to joining the company, he served as Vice President, Treasury Product Management for PNC Bank and Director, Payment Systems at Tier Technologies. Drew began his career at Thrivent Financial. He has been interviewed and quoted widely in finance and supply chain industry publications around the topics of eInvoicing, Shared Services, dynamic discounting, working capital management, payment and the Networked Economy, and has published a number of articles on these subjects.
