Travis Tompkins, Deloitte Consulting, LLP – Senior Manager, SAP Analytics, helps lead Deloitte’s SAP Analytics Practice. He has nearly 25 years of experience with business analytics and has supported finance transformation, sales forecasting, and supply chain optimization efforts. He uses a “measures that matter” approach to drive disruptive change through analytic insights. Within the SAP space, he provides thought leadership on ECC, S4, BW on HANA, native HANA modeling, data integration, predictive / prescriptive modeling, and cognitive decision making. Currently, Travis is working with Fortune 100 Pharmaceuticals clients who are looking to innovate and optimize while still addressing pre- and post-merger restructuring of systems, organizations, and processes. His previous roles included extensive thought leadership in data warehousing, customer analytics experience in pharmaceuticals and fashion retail (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Netezza, Microstrategy).
Dr. Paul Pallath, Chief Data Scientist & Senior Director with the Advanced Analytics Organization at SAP, has over 20 years of experience in Machine Learning. Paul has several research publications in the field of Machine Learning & Data Mining in International Journals and conferences, and has also invented several patentable ideas. He has a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications with Gold Medal, and PhD in Machine Learning, both from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Kevin McConnell, Machine Learning Solutions, GTM at SAP, is responsible for packaging, pricing and helping partners, customers and SAP build solutions with Predictive Analytics. He started in the direct sales organization in 2014, then moved to the global team in 2015. Before joining SAP, Kevin held various leadership positions creating and driving solutions built with advanced analytics. These include Director of Analytic Alliances at HP Enterprise, Director of Industry Solutions for SAS, CRM Analytics Management Consulting at Cognitive Box. Kevin has a degree in Finance and Economics from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
