He has spent the last 11 years advising customers, often using design thinking techniques, on the application of SAP solutions. Much of his time at SAP has been spent in the passenger transportation, travel, and logistics industries. Paul is passionate about how new technologies can help to transform businesses and make them more profitable and competitive. Prior to his time at SAP, Paul spent 10 years working in technology in companies such as Dixons Stores Group and Cadbury.
