About Avenish Prasad

Avenish Prasad is part of Industry Value Engineering at SAP, supporting large and complex strategic conglomerates in Southeast Asia. He has about 25 years of experience in the process industry and in IT, delivering solutions to solve business problems. He started his career as an operations and maintenance manager in the steel business in one of the India’s largest conglomerates, The Tata Group, and rose through the ranks to occupy senior management positions from operations to planning, logistics, strategy, marketing, and finally sales. Later he shifted to the IT industry, and has held various roles from solution consultant in enterprise asset management to industry principal for mill products and mining and consulting manager for energy and natural resources. He has worked in India, Germany, and the UK, and is presently based in Singapore.
