Organizations typically spend a lot of time interviewing, reviewing and surveying employees about their attitudes to work and their workplace. But, do we really know what they are thinking?
As this clip shows, only half of all employees globally are happy in their jobs. Yes, only half. That’s an awful lot of sitting in meetings, in the lunchroom, or across a desk from people who are dissatisfied and restless at work. Whichever way we look at it, this number is a major issue for organizations that expect productivity, innovation and efficiency.
