Bill Briggs is Chief Technology Officer of Deloitte Consulting LLP. His 16+ years with Deloitte have been spent delivering complex transformation programs for clients in a variety of industries. As CTO, Bill is responsible for helping to define and communicate the vision for Deloitte Consulting LLP’s technology services, identifying and communicating those technology trends affecting clients’ businesses, and shaping the strategy for Deloitte Consulting LLP’s emerging services and offerings. As the former global lead for Deloitte Digital, Bill was responsible for the launch and growth of a global practice that helps clients harness disruptive digital technologies to redesign “business as usual”. Bill authors Deloitte Consulting LLP’s annual Technology Trends report. He earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Troy Fulton is responsible for global product marketing of IoT/M2M and mobile SaaS solutions and managed services at Tangoe. Troy has presented on IoT, mobile applications, cloud computing and enterprise mobility at major technology industry events around the world, and has appeared in SC Magazine UK, MacWorld, IT Business Edge, IT Briefcase, and other publications. Troy is also an IoT and mobile thought leader columnist at Information Age (UK). Before Tangoe, Troy led product management for a new mobile device in the home division of Motorola. Since 2007, Troy Fulton has been invited to guest lecture on B2B marketing, innovation, and GTM leadership to undergraduate and MBA students at The College of William and Mary (Marketing faculty ranked #1 by "BusinessWeek" in 2013). A 2006 MBA graduate from The College of William and Mary, Troy earned a BA from Boston College, and a certificate in computer networks from Northeastern University.

As Vice President, Digital Economy for SAP, Dinesh Sharma is charged with driving thought leadership, awareness and adoption of SAP solutions for the Digital Economy across industries and lines of business. Previously, he was the Global VP leading Internet of Things product marketing, where he established SAP’s strategy and positioning for this high growth area. A senior technology executive with over 20 years of experience in the industry, Dinesh has managed worldwide business units for large technology companies and founded technology start-ups, including Dynamic Pictures, Inc., which he sold to 3Dlabs. While at ATI and AMD, he drove an increase in market share from 12% to 47% in under two years, while delivering a 5X growth in revenue. Prior to SAP, he held leadership roles at startups in virtualization, big data and distributed computing with heavy emphasis on building Cloud infrastructure and platforms. He has captured over $30MM in venture funding in his entrepreneurial career.
